1. General Terms and Conditions
Signing up, accessing and using the Site and its associated social media linked to the site indicates your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to the Site.
We receive the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You agree and understand that all features available and any user submitted content (as defined below), may be modified by us, in our sole discretion, at any time without prior notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any new features, new services, enhancements or modifications to the Sites implemented after your initial access shall be subject to these Terms of Use.
Secure Passwords
It is your responsibility to create a secure password complex enough to protect your account. You are solely responsible for all access to and use of this Site by anyone using your ID and password, whether or not such access was authorised by you, including all communications, submissions and obligations, financial and otherwise, incurred through such access or use.
Privacy Policy
We ensure that we will not use your information in any way except for the explicit purpose of which you have signed up, and that we will do everything reasonably possible and practical to protect your information, however in an event of a security breach you agree to indemnify Vision Products from any claim of miss-use of your information. User Submitted Content
You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material (Content) that: (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity; (b) is threatening, defamatory, indecent or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under New Zealand or international law; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, malware or other harmful code or properties.
Rights to Content Submissions
Content by way of any ‘reviews and comments’ that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide us including ideas, techniques, questions, and suggestions (collectively referred to as Submissions) will be treated as being offered by you as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Vision Products shall have the royalty free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, copy, display, publish, and adapt at its sole discretion.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content.
You warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Submissions and other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your Submissions or other Content by us will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You hereby take full responsibility for the conditions of copyright, intellectual property and rights, regarding the permitted parameters of use upon submitting all Content to us.

You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or any third person or parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) or Content derived from you for any reason we see fit.

All text, logo’s, design, graphics, button icons, video’s, images, audio clips, and software collectively referred to as Intellectual Property (I.P.), belongs exclusively to Vision Products, or its affiliates. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all I.P. on this Site belongs exclusively to Vision Products or its affiliates. All software used on this Site is the property of Vision Products, its affiliates or its Software suppliers.
The I.P. and the Software is protected by New Zealand and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Vision Products, VisionProductsdirect.com, Biospherically Correct and other; logos, slogans, trade names are registered trademarks, or service marks of Vision for Humanity Charitable Products Trust, its affiliates or suppliers.
The use of any of our trademarks or service marks without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in connection with any product or service in any way that is likely to cause confusion, disparages or discredits us, or in meta tags without prior consent.
International Shipping limitations
Limitations may exist in shipping to certain destinations other than those advertised within our Customer Services page. We receive the right to cancel an order upon experiencing extreme difficulty or expense due to your location, in which case we shall immediately refund your payment, and advise you of the reversal of funds.
Human and Typographical Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to human and/or typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card. In which case we shall contact you to discuss if you wish the transaction to stand, or if you wish to receive a full refund payable to your credit card.
Local law, Regulations and Customs
If you access and use this Site outside of New Zealand you are responsible for complying with your local; laws, regulations and customs, including any relevant taxes upon receiving your order, or in regards to any other applicable matter that may arise.
Termination
Vision Products reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, in a situation where Vision Products believes that customer conduct violates these terms and conditions, or applicable law or is harmful to its interests in any way.
Governing Law
Vision Products is a registered charitable trust based in Auckland New Zealand, this Site and its products have been developed, and are continued to be managed in New Zealand. As such, the law of New Zealand will govern these Terms and Conditions. If you reside outside of New Zealand and access this Site you agree to be bound by the laws of New Zealand.
2. Visionaire Reward Points and Benefits Terms and Conditions
Application
The Vision Products Visionaire Reward Programme applies exclusively to purchases made on the Vision Products website for skin and hair care products.
Alterations to the Rewards Program
Vision Products reserve the right to either; alter the program itself, or the value of the points within the program at any time by giving 14 days’ notice to our customers. We will email our customers to notify the details of any change. Customers will have 14 days to use any outstanding points or rewards at their existing value, that maybe in their accounts, to spend on our site. After this 14 days your points balance will be adjusted to the new value, alternatively an alteration to the program will commence, as previously notified.
12 Months Redemption
Points need to be used within 12 months of becoming entitled to them. This is subject to a cancellation of the points program, see below.
Cancellation of the Points Program
Vision Products reserve the right to cancel the points program at any time by giving 14 day notice to our customers. If for any reason Vision Products no longer wishes to carry on the rewards program we will email our customers to advice. Customers will have 14 days to use any outstanding points, bonuses or rewards in their accounts accumulated to that date, to spend on our site. Outstanding balances after this 14 days will be written off, meaning any remaining points will become obsolete without recourse to Vision Products, and will not be able to be used after this time.
Available Product
Under all circumstances and required time frames to spend points, points must be redeemed for products that are available on the Vision Products website at the time you are shopping. Out of stock items or unavailable items cannot be pre-ordered or secured with your points.
Return of Bottles
We reserve the right to refuse any bottle which is not in a re-useable condition due to damage, abrasion or wear and tear, or that is still unwashed, has taken on mould or contamination. Bottles must be well washed and in presentable condition to make our job easier to sterilise and reuse.
Free Travel Size Hair or Skin Product
When buying two or more full size products (see definition below) per purchase we will automatically add your free 10ml travel size product to your order. The reward does not apply to gift sets or skincare systems. Please advise in Order Notes of the shopping kart which 10ml product you would prefer, we will endeavour to provide that travel size product, however we reserve the right to provide you any travel size product that is in stock or that is most available at the time of your order.
Definition of Full Size Product
A full size product is determined by the following minimum volume: a 50ml skincare product, a 200ml hair product, a 100gram soap bar, a 250ml coconut oil jar, alternatively any apparel item or greeting card set.
Referral System
The friends you refer to Vision Products will receive 10% off their first purchase, by correctly using your referral link, and we will credit your account with 500 points.
They must use your referral link directly ad not go online independently without the link introducing them to our website. By your friend using the link we can identify them as a referral from you. The referral link is embedded with the discount code. In some instances you can copy and paste the link to send on to your friends.
Your friend needs to make a minimum purchase of $50 for the discount to work (and for you to receive your referral points) and they need to use the link within 60 days of you sending it to them. This reward is only available to new customers on their first purchase.
Once they make this first purchase our App will automatically credit your account with 500 points. Your friends can later also earn 100 points just for signing up. The more successful referrals you make the more we will credit your account as a thank you for being inspirational and spreading the Vision Products message.
Vision Products is not responsible for your friends not using, or not correctly using, your referral links and subsequently you therefore not receiving the allocated referral points.
Minimum Spend
There’s no minimum spend on the points you accumulate, you can spend your points as you wish as you earn them, or save them up to buy a product/s completely for free.
Non Transferable
Your shopping credits cannot be used for shipping costs, redeemed for cash or transferred to any other account.
Best of our Abilities
We are endeavouring to reward you for participating as a Visionaire in our program to Enrich, Empower and Inspire. We will do our best to cater to your rewards and benefits as promoted on our website and within these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to indemnify Vision Products in regards to any unexpected event which is out of our control; app failure, ‘act of God’, system crash or hack whereby your points and benefits are effected, or lost. Further, you agree to indemnify Vision products from any recourse associated with any such event/s.
Visionaire Actions
Rewards are given for depicting worthy actions as a Visionaire utilising Vision Products. You must respect and follow the copyright, intellectual property, rights of others, whether business or personal, when posting or submitting content of such actions. Refer to our general Terms and Conditions for guidelines. Please use Vision Products, as intended, to the best of your abilities.

Literature Pre-orders
Numerous items of literature are being prepared for eBook and/or paperback release and publication. Allow six months for all book and guide pre-orders. Requests for refunds will be considered after six months from the date of pre-order if a particular pre-order is still unavailable. Pre-order information will be added to your account—please check it is recorded there for future fulfilment of the order.

Delivery Estimates

New Zealand Shoppers: Allow us two working days to process your order. Once dispatched, delivery should take 1–3 working days if you live in main centres or 3–5 working days for rural locations.
International Shoppers: Delivery will take slightly longer, so allow approximately 2–3 weeks depending on your location.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund you via internet banking, less shipping costs. Please make sure the item is not:

All returned items will need to be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and reason for the return. Return shipping will be at your own expense, and shipping and handling costs on these returns are non-refundable.

If you are not completely happy with any digital purchase or a paid on-demand service purchase, we will gladly refund you via internet banking. Please make sure to advise us with relevant reasons and feedback as to why you are not satisfied, so that we may improve our services going forward.
Please ensure that the service was not:

as we cannot accept returns in these circumstances.
