Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

  • Refund timeline: We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
  • Return goods: You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email acknowledgement immediately after submitting this form.
